Passport Information

Passport Office Hours--Monday through Thursday, 1-4:30 p.m. (first come, first served)

All passport applicants, who are not eligible to apply by mail, must appear in person to apply for a passport.

Children 14 and under must have both parents appear OR the appearing parent must have a signed notarized consent form from the other parent

Upland has been offering passport services since June 1998, serving over 19,000 customers. As a Passport Acceptance Facility, we are able to assist you with submitting your application to the Department of State. The average time to receive a passport is 12 weeks. If you need the passport quicker, additional expediting fees will shorten the time to 4 weeks. Renewal-by-mail forms are also available.

The application fee for age 16 and over is $67, age 15 and under is $52 (check or money order only payable to the U.S. Passport Services) and a $30 processing fee payable to the City of Upland. Cost for Expedite Service is an additional $60. Passport photos are available at a cost of $12 (for a set of 2). No credit cards accepted.

The applicant must provide an original certified birth certificate (abstract certificates are not acceptable) or naturalization papers along with a current driver's license or I.D. card. The application form requires the applicant’s social security number.
