5 Star Rental Program

Purpose
The Five Star Rental Recognition Program is a voluntary program to provide recognition to rental properties, both single and multi-family, within the City of Upland; to decrease and/or eliminate blight, substandard structures, crime and general code violations; to increase property values, create a wider selection of prospective tenants and improve the rental areas in the City of Upland. The following apartments were awarded Five Star Designation for calendar year 2010:
