City of Upland Solicitor Permit, Badge and Fees Required
All persons who wish to solicit in the City of Upland are required to complete a business license application and pay all applicable fees. Additionally, they are required to make an appointment with Inspector Davis to complete the City of Upland Solicitor Agreement form and obtain the City of Upland Solicitor's permit and badge. Solicitor applicants must consent to their picture being taken at the time of their appointment. For continuing community safety measures, any approved solicitors will have their picture displayed on this page.
